The class combines mindful stretching and strengthening through a gentle flow of movement, breathing, and meditation at the end of each class to boost the mental wellbeing.

If you want to manage anxiety because of an overwhelming workload and lifestyle, this class is for you!

What do you need for the class?

You need to wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and a mat. (option: cardigan during the relaxing meditation).

This is a small class where I can dedicate focus to help you take all the advantages of the poses, so do not worry if you are a beginner.
