expanding across the UK & USA.

modern grooming experience both online and in-store.
We’re now looking for a passionate, inspiring, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our
Covent Garden flagship boutique in London.
Your Mission
As our Store Manager, you’ll act as Horace’s ambassador in the UK — leading, motivating
and developing your team while ensuring each client leaves with a smile and an elevated
experience. You’ll also serve as a vital link between the store and HQ.
You will:
• Inspire, educate, and delight customers with your deep product knowledge and natural
warmth
• Drive store performance by analysing and achieving KPIs: sales, basket size,
conversion rate, etc.
• Create a positive, supportive team culture and lead by example
• Communicate clearly with HQ and other store managers, sharing insights and
resolving issues quickly
• Oversee daily store operations, from inventory to team scheduling
• Ensure your store is always impeccably presented, in line with the Horace brand
• Onboard, train and continuously support team members with tools from the Retail
team
Your Profile
• You have 8+ years of retail experience, with proven success as a Store Manager or
similar leadership role
• You’re confident leading a team, coaching individuals, and driving strong business
results
• You understand how to meet business goals through team performance
• You’re resilient, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
• You care about every detail of the customer journey and know how to create
memorable in-store moments
• You’re hands-on and lead by doing — not just directing
• You’re flexible with your schedule, including evenings and weekends
• You already love the Horace brand and its values — French is a plus!
• You’re passionate about grooming and men’s care
• You bring energy, optimism, and ownership to everything you do
