Ref: 1573, Part-Time Nanny and Housekeeper – Battersea (SW11)
Job Description:
Our nanny agency is looking for a candidate to fill a part-time nanny position, along with housekeeping responsibilities. You will join a loving family in Battersea, SW11, and be responsible for caring for a 6-year-old girl who attends school and a 3-year-old who goes to nursery five mornings a week.
Work Hours:
Monday and Tuesday: Full days (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Salary: £15 net per hour around £18 gross per hour
Start Date: January 2024
Responsibilities:
Nanny (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday):
Care for the children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
Plan educational and recreational activities.
Engage in outdoor activities and outings as needed.
Maintain children’s schedules and routines.
Housekeeper (Monday and Wednesday, 3 hours each day when children are at school and nursery):
Clean and maintain the household.
Do laundry and ironing.
Prepare family meals if required.
Perform light grocery shopping if necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a nanny or housekeeper.
Verifiable references.
Effective communication skills in English.
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and a love for children.
Discretion and respect for the family’s privacy.
