Hello Nannies 
Ref: 1358, French Speaking Nanny, (temporary Feb-Aug 2023), live in or live out, 30 hours/week (3 full days) – Fulham (SW6)
A lovely family from Fulham are looking for a Nanny to look after their 4 and 2 year old girls.
Their philosophy regarding childcare « We use the “gentle parenting” / positive discipline method i.e. kind but firm approach rather than strict discipline, offering choice within limits, cooperation and shared responsibility, encourage independence and autonomy; limit screen time to 30 minutes per day and then only in French; Our daughter has attended Montessori école maternelle in France and we like that method. »
Duties/Requirements:
– All nanny duties
– Making sure the children are always safe and happy
– Carrying out nap time routines
– Organise some activities and playdates
– French speaking required
– Prefer a driver
– Pet friendly (the family has 1 dog) No responsibility required of nanny
– Settled or pre-settled status (or right to work in the UK visa) needed
– Enhanced DBS check maximum one year old
– Valid first Aid certificate maximum three years old
– Original of all qualifications and certificates
Working hours: Tuesday from 8 am to 6.30 pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 6.30 pm Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm (can be slightly flexible on times but total 30 hours) (the family is not flexible on working days)
Salary offered: £15 to £20 net per hour depending on experience, less if live-in (around £800 gross per week)
Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom
