A lovely family from Fulham Broadway are looking for a Nanny to look after their 5, 3 and 1 year old girls.
Their philosophy regarding childcare « We have independent children who are confident in themselves. We show them a lot of love and teach them to do things themselves where appropriate.
Tidying their clothes when coming home, before play is important.
We emphasise kindness, respect and when using discipline, we try to use psychology to get the kids to want think of ideas themselves. Such as, “if you leave the coat on the floor, will you trip on it? Yes. “Then what might you want to do?” Rather than yelling, pick up your jacket! »
Duties/Requirements:
– School and Nursery runs (working as a team with the mother)
– Supervising meal and snack times
– Making sure the children are always safe and happy
– French or English speaker
– Settled or pre-settled status (or right to work in the UK visa) needed
– Enhanced DBS check maximum one year old
– Valid first Aid certificate maximum three years old
– Original of all qualifications and certificates
– Minimum 2 year experience with contactable references
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm (Contract based on minimum 27,5h per week) (Full-time during school holidays)
Salary offered: £ 15 to £ 17 net per hour (around £ 30155 gross per year)
Start date: ASAP
