Hello Nannies 
Ref: 1025, French speaking Nanny – 3 days per week (32 h) – New Malden
A lovely English family from New Malden are looking for a live-out Nanny to look after their 4 year old girl, 2 year old and 5 month old boys.
Their philosophy regarding childcare « We encourage activities that teach skills or values. We do not watch TV in front of the children, but appreciate there are times when a short session of downtime, watching a French TV programme is good for all. We prefer there not to be phones constantly out, so we engage with the children. We prefer veggies or more healthy alternatives to baby snacks/crisps – but there are times when these are useful (out and about! etc). In terms of discipline, we think it is important to set boundaries and to help the children understand these by explaining the reason for them. We believe manners are very important. We believe the nanny is an important part of our family. »
Duties/Requirements:
– All nanny duties
– Supervising meal and snack times
– Making sure the children are always safe and happy
– French speaker with good English
– Settled or pre-settled status (or right to work in the UK visa) needed
– Enhanced DBS check maximum one year old
– Valid first Aid certificate maximum three years old
– Original of all qualifications and certificates
– Minimum 2 year experience with contactable references
Working hours: Monday to Wednesday from 7.30/8am – 6/6.30pm (30 – 32 hours per week)
Salary offered: £ 12 net per hour ( around £ 461 gross per week )
