Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source appropriate properties for private clients and companies across lettings and acquisitions
Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with our clients
Negotiate and accurately draft contract terms with landlords, agents, and corporations to ensure compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively with new landlords and agents to build relationships
Renegotiate terms of the tenancy agreements for private clients or companies
Maintenance of our managed properties
Attend property industry and network events with a commercial mindset
