My name is Amy, and I live near Marseille in the south of France.
My 15-year-old daughter has just come back from a wonderful trip to London and absolutely fell in love with the English language and culture. She would love to improve her English by getting to know a girl around her age, while helping her practise French.
More than a language exchange, I’m hoping to build a genuine friendship between two families. I’d love to connect with a British mum who has a daughter of a similar age, so we can get to know each other first, and then hopefully our daughters can become friends too.
If everything goes well, it would be lovely to organise visits during school holidays, with our families spending time together from time to time.
We’re not looking for a formal exchange programme—just a real friendship based on trust, kindness and shared experiences.
