Leading French Intercom and Access Control company now expanding rapidly in the UK is looking for a
L2 Technical Support Specialist. You will be working in a newly created team and will assist mainly
trade professional, housing association, management agents and sometimes end-users. A full training
will be given.
This a Monday to Friday role based in London with no late shift.

ROLE:

• Assisting professional clients in:
o Installing products and troubleshooting technical issues and breakdowns.
o Setting up, configuring products on management software
• Assisting end-users on how to use our products
• Manage the customer relationship through the life of the case and create an accurate log of
interactions with customers
• Maintain a strong relationship with the client

PROFILE:

• Previous experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk technician
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Technical knowledge of electronical, electrical devices, telecom, IT or IT network
• Strong customer service skills
• French would be a plus

SALARY:

Between 26k and £28k/pa
