IFA administrator - English and French Speaking
Altyx Financial Planning is an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) based in central London, specialising in working with expatriates and corporate clients in both the UK and France.
We provide clients with our expertise in International Financial Planning.
For our Private clients, we advise and implement international solutions relating to Investment Planning, UK and International Pensions, Insurances and Estate planning.
For our corporate clients, Altyx Financial Planning assists employers in implementing attractive Employee Benefits for their staff.
Our growing practice is looking for a motivated, proactive and enthusiastic French and English-speaking individual to provide administrative support to the Financial Adviser. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to be a permanent position for the right person.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within the Financial Planning industry, part-qualified or looking at taking some exams.
Mains duties:
Assist with corporate pension plan setup, administration review and re-enrolment process
Assist with CRM database update and link with various providers’ software.
Perform technical and product/provider review and research in connection with clients’ specific requirements
Liaise with clients and third-party providers in a professional and efficient manner
Help with the client administrative support: clients’ queries, policies statements and renewals,
Conform with compliance rules
Essential Skills and Knowledge Required:
Mathematical with strong computer skills.
Enthusiastic and adaptable within a small team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excellent computer skills
Strong communication, organisational and planning skills
Languages: English and a good understanding of French
A desire to learn, with the ability to take constructive comment and apply to your own development
Capability to prioritise work in a pressurised environment
Good knowledge and experience of the advice process and regulatory requirements
This person needs to be motivated to work within a small dynamic team for this growing advising firm. This is a permanent position.
This is a position commencing in January 2020.
