• JOB TITLE: Sales assistant
• MISSIONS will be under the supervision of the sales manager:
- Following up the acquired accounts: ensure a high level of services (product delivering, customer satisfaction…) by regularly visiting them and contacting them
- Developing the wine merchant activity:
o Activation and follow up of the prospect list: emailing / phoning / visit
o Reporting after each visit
o Identifying new prospect and nurture the prospect list - Mastering our wine offer (approx. 60 wines) and sales tools
- Optimizing the sales tools and develop new ones if necessary: catalogue, wine technical sheets, etc.
- Responsible for the sales speech (Unique Selling Point): find the right arguments
- Assuring the wine’s delivery with warehouse
- Analysing the market: local price positioning, trends, wine shops and wine bars opening, wine industry events etc.
- Exploring the e-commerce
- Assisting the Manager on the new packaging development
OBJECTIVES:
- Maintain the acquired customers: Cork & Bottle + Cheezelo
- 6 new clients in 2019
- Daily report to the sales manager
PROSPECT PROFIL TARGET:
Priority to:
- Small French bars or restaurants and independent wine shops
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Interest and knowledge in the wine industry
- Willing to use OneDrive / Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge or willing to use Canva and/or Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
- Being autonomous: a small team in a start-up requires an excellent personal organization and communication skills
- Adaptability to work in an office, home-office time to time and physical prospection
- Deep interest in Marketing as we are willing to create a proper marketing plan with you
REMUNERATION:
- Lunch paid by the company

- £10/hour on events
- £100/month depending on results
