This visit offers a unique opportunity to explore the cutting-edge engineering and innovation driving the HS2 project. The section spans 21.6 km of high-speed rail and includes a 3.37 km viaduct, a 16.04 km twin-bored tunnel, and five vent shafts designed for tunnel ventilation and emergency access.
