Hello,

I am letting a double room a few minutes away from Aldgate East Station. The flat is a 3-bedroom in a very nice development with 2 roof tops, a gym, leisure complex (Sauna, Hot Tub), indoor CCTV parking and close to all amenities (Cinema, gym, pubs, takeouts, groceries all within 2-3 minutes walking distance).

The room is available from 10th of July (or a bit later if needed). You’ll share the flat with Will, 22, british and working in M&A for Santander and myself, 29, French and working in Financial Markets in Liverpool Street.

Total bills are 110£ a month.
