French London Experience is looking for its Business Development Assistant.
We are looking for a student or a young professional who focuses on growing the business and extending the reach of our services in order to increase revenue. Your duties include identifying new sales leads, pitching services, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, suppliers and partners.
We promote the relationships between French and British cultures, French and British people. Our main goal is to offer activities to all French speakers, natives and learners:
- French experiences in London (in French or in English)
- Courses to develop French linguistic and cultural skills (in French)
- Guided tours about French presence in London (in French or in English)
- Guided tours to greet French visitors in London to get the British culture (in French)
As a Business Development Assistant, you will assist us with:
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new services
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Pitching sales and services to new and existing clients
- Attending events to build relationships with partners
- Creating sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them
For that, you need to possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
Concretely, your main tasks:
- To promote our services and increasing sales
- To develop audiences & to find new clients (French networks in London, French & English schools teaching French, Learning networks, travel agencies, platforms …)
- To feed social medias (service offers + cultural contents)
- To structure processes and following up
- To support with admin works
Requirements: you have good selling and marketing skills. You fluently speak French and English. You have a positive attitude, a go-ahead and problem-solving mindset. You are resourceful, methodical and dependable. You have the right to live and work in the UK.
Duration: 4 months (with opportunity to end up as a part time position)
