An event organised by Berlioz 150, whose aim is to celebrate Hector Berlioz’s life and work during this year’s 150th anniversary of his death.
The event will include talks by leading Berlioz experts, including David Cairns , the leading authority on the life of Berlioz, as well as performances of Berlioz songs by contralto Jess Dandy , accompanied on the piano by Dylan Perez , and readings from Berlioz’s letters and articles by stage and television actor Malcolm Sinclair .
