The Role:
West London
As an Account Manager , your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the relationship with key contributors on the French market including daily engagement, retention, expansion
  • Be proactive in encouraging and motivating French users to actively contribute on the platform, encouraging performance and additional content
  • Identify, develop and implement unique direct marketing activities and incentives in order to grow the engagement of the active user base (e.g. member gets member promotions)
  • Educate and support the user base by sharing expertise on editorial and social media best practices
  • Provide daily assistance and troubleshooting to the active user base, in order to ensure a smooth and seamless experience on the platform
  • Search, identify and build authentic relationships with new potential users in order to encourage them to join us in France
  • Establish partnerships with a variety of institutions and/or communities (e.g. professional communities or educational institutions) to attract a diverse range of talented contributors

About You:

  • Proficient in French and English
  • Excellent relational and communication skills, inclination to easily relate with users, in particular when it comes to understanding their needs and suggesting suitable solutions
  • Digital media competency and skills would be advantageous but not compulsory
  • Willingness to contribute to the creation of a new success case, bringing great energy and positive attitude
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude, proactively and focus on innovation
  • Tech savvy with ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Passion for online media and social journalism
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-driven
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management capabilities
