A sweet English/Serbian-Croat family from Forest Hill are looking for a Nanny to look after their 4 year old and 12 month old girls.
Their philosophy regarding childcare « – discipline by consequence / reward system (star chart; loss of television privilege; treat at end of week for good behaviour)
– no raised voices but for in dangerous situations
– home cooked foods for all meals when at home
– we try to provide our children with an intellectually stimulating environment. Both girls are bright and require challenges to remain engaged
– we try to encourage them to be as independent as possible where appropriate »
Duties/Requirements:
– All nanny duties
– Nursery runs
– Organising the children daily schedule
– Carrying out naptime routines
– Making sure the children are always safe and happy
– Supervising meal and snack times
– Changing nappies
– Good English required. Bonus if Serbian-Croat
– Settled or pre-settled status (or right to work in the UK visa) needed
– Enhanced DBS check maximum one year old
– Valid first Aid certificate maximum three years old
– Original of all qualifications and certificates
– Minimum 2 years experiences with contactable references
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 6 pm
Salary offered: £ 13 net per hour ( around £ 664 gross per week )
Start date: 3/1/22 or shortly there after
Job end date: Permanent
