A well respected financial firm is seeking a Receptionist to provide a first class service to staff and visitors alike. The role will also include administration, management and ensuring the smooth running of the office. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on receptionist as no days will be the same.
Salary – £25,000 per year
Location – London – Mayfair
Position – Full Time – Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Responsibilities:
First class customer service, providing a great reception experience to staff and visitors.
Working to support various function in the business with admin duties.
Operating a switchboard in a warm, confident and happy manner.
Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerized meeting room booking system.
Liaising with the PAs, Global Head of HR and executive directors
Assisting in booking, coordination, and preparation of meeting rooms via a booking system
Booking catering facilities – organizing lunches and liaising with the catering team.
Having an eye for detail and checking rooms are perfect each time.
Manage various tasks across departments.
Booking couriers, management of Royal Mail and vending services.
Ensure office supplies are maintained, including restocking.
Assist with management of kitchen consumable stock.
Clearing and preparing meeting rooms at the beginning and end of each day.
Setting up refreshments and catering to meeting rooms as requested.
Assist with the planning and organization of company events as requested.
Ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the office.
Responsible for the management of Health and Safety for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Offer a dedicated point of contact for facilities management and take ownership of all the company facilities needs.
Responsible for revision and testing of the Business Continuity Plan.
Ensure effective contract management.

Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office.

Experience of switchboard and reception operations.
